On this trip, I will indulge in a small sampler of Italy + Croatia with some close friends from my childhood, college, and NYC. We’ll start things off in Rome, taking in all the historical sites such as the Vatican and Pantheon. Ryan and I will put on our chef hats and take a cooking class. When Colin, Heather, and Kevin arrive, we will start our day excursions with a trip to Tuscany for some wine tasting. We will also venture to Pompeii and Naples for pizza.
Next stop is Croatia! While we’ll spend a couple days in Dubrovnik, most of our time will be on Hvar, a small island in the Adriatic Sea. Can’t wait for this trip to get started!
Until next time…
